The 6 Brush Fully Automatic Carpet Washing Machine is a table-type machine with 4 circular + 2 cylinder brushes (with carpet underwashing feature), pressurized rinsing, rustproof warranty, and is fully automatic.

This model has a 250 cm belt width. The model number is CTC 2500 G6. This model has 4 circular and 2 cylinder washing brushes.

It has a single row of 4 carpet washing brushes, each 40 cm in diameter, which rotate circularly to wash the carpet. These brushes’ motors are independent of each other. Circular brushes can be turned left or right as desired, thereby extending the brush life.

After the circular brushes, a cylinder brush comes. This cylinder brush collects substances like hair, fur, and wool on the carpet and combs the entangled carpet fibers during washing, while also performing the first rinsing operation.

With the rinsing gelberi system right behind the upper hair collecting and rinsing brush, excess water and detergent are rinsed off the carpet.

Right behind the gelberi system is a cylinder brush that washes the underside of the carpets.

In the final stage of the machine, there is a roll merdane apparatus. Thanks to this merdane, the washed, rinsed carpet is rolled and made ready for the squeezing machine, thus professionally and effortlessly concluding the carpet washing process.

It is preferred by carpet washing companies with a daily carpet washing capacity of 400-500 m².
