8 Brush Carpet Washing Machines

Carpet washing machines are classified according to the number of brushes and conveyor width and are among the most commonly used systems. Models with 8 brushes are available with working widths of 250 cm and 330 cm.

Fully automatic carpet washing machine with 8 brushes (250 cm) PAK 2508

During the washing process, water and detergent are sprayed onto the carpet by the built-in pumps.
The PAK 2508 model with 250 cm working width is equipped with 6 disc brushes and 2 cylindrical brushes.

Disc brushes
The machine has 6 brushes with a diameter of 40 cm arranged in two rows (3 front and 3 rear). Each brush has an independent motor and the rotation direction can be adjusted left or right to extend brush life.

Cylindrical brush and first rinsing
After the disc brushes, a cylindrical brush collects hair and fibers and performs the first rinsing stage.

Gelber system
Removes excess water and detergent from the carpet.

Bottom washing
A cylindrical brush after the gelber system washes the underside of the carpet.

Final stage
The carpet is rolled and prepared for the wringing machine, completing the process professionally and effortlessly.
