PAK 250 ECO – Automatic Industrial Carpet Washing Machine 250 cm 4 Brush

The PAK 250 ECO Series automatic carpet washing machine is designed for small cities, districts, and towns with a daily carpet washing capacity of 250–350 m². Compared to fully automatic high-capacity models, it offers a more economical solution while maintaining professional performance.

The PAK 250 ECO automatic carpet washing machine, with a 250 cm conveyor width, is equipped with 4 disc-type carpet washing brushes, each with a diameter of 40 cm. Each brush is powered by a 1.1 kW motor, and all motors operate independently.

Immediately behind the 4 washing brushes, there is 1 cylindrical upper carpet fiber-collecting and rinsing brush. Behind the rinsing brush, a rinsing scraper squeegee system removes excess water and detergent from the carpet surface.

The machine is built on a 40×40 mm chassis made of 2.5 mm thick steel, coated with hot-dip galvanized protection and backed by a corrosion resistance warranty. It can be delivered as a single assembled unit or shipped disassembled for on-site installation.

Brush pressure adjustment levers are located on both sides of the machine, allowing you to adjust brush pressure according to carpet thickness.

The PAK 250 ECO model includes washing speed adjustment based on carpet dirt level, forward and reverse conveyor control, adjustable brush rotation direction (left-right) to extend brush lifespan, and a driver-controlled panel with fault indicator lights for electrical errors.

Thanks to its single-piece conveyor belt design, water and detergent do not leak through belt gaps. Instead, they are fully absorbed into the carpet, improving washing quality while reducing water and detergent consumption.

At the rear of the machine, there is a rolling system that automatically rolls the washed carpets.

At the front of the machine, a polyurethane carpet pool is provided, which can be used as a carpet resting pool or transport basin.

A carpet transport trolley is included to facilitate moving the rolled carpets to the wringing machine.
