PAK 250 PRO – 6-Brush Automatic Carpet Washing Machine

The PAK 250 PRO 6-Brush Automatic Carpet Washing Machine is a table-type, fully automatic carpet washing machine designed for professional carpet cleaning facilities.

This model is equipped with 4 circular shampoo brushes and 2 cylindrical brushes, including an under-carpet washing brush. With its 250 cm conveyor belt width, pressurized rinsing system, squeegee system and corrosion-resistant structure, it provides efficient and professional carpet washing performance.

Circular Carpet Washing Brushes

The machine has 4 circular carpet washing brushes arranged in a single row. Each brush has a diameter of 40 cm.

These circular brushes rotate on the carpet surface to provide effective shampooing and deep cleaning. Each brush is powered by an independent motor. The rotation direction of the circular brushes can be adjusted to the left or right when needed, helping to extend brush life and improve washing performance.

Upper Cylindrical Brush for Lint Removal and First Rinse

After the circular brushes, the carpet passes through an upper cylindrical brush.

This brush collects hair, lint, wool, dust and similar particles from the carpet surface. At the same time, it combs the carpet pile and performs the first rinsing process during washing.

Pressurized Rinsing and Squeegee System

Behind the upper lint removal and rinsing brush, there is a pressurized rinsing squeegee system.

This system helps remove excess water, detergent and shampoo residue from the carpet surface. It improves rinsing quality and prepares the carpet for the next washing stage.

Under-Carpet Washing Brush

Behind the squeegee system, there is a lower cylindrical brush designed for under-carpet washing.
