PAK Makina ships professional cleaning machines and spare parts from its factory according to order scope, destination and stock status.

Delivery Process

Shipping details are confirmed after product model, quantity, payment status and delivery address are checked.

Large machines may require palletized or special cargo shipment. Export orders may require additional documents depending on the destination country.

Please inspect the package when receiving the delivery. If visible damage exists, request a cargo damage report before accepting the shipment.

For installation-sensitive machines, keep the machine in its original packaging until the setup area is ready.

For delivery planning, share your city, country, machine model and unloading conditions with the sales team before final confirmation.
