Returns and Exchanges

PAK Makina evaluates return and exchange requests according to product type, order status, delivery condition and applicable legal rules.

General Conditions

Return requests should be submitted as soon as possible with invoice information, order details and clear photos if there is shipping damage or a product issue.

Used, installed, customized or specially produced industrial machines may be subject to different return conditions than standard stock products.

Exchange Process

If the wrong model, damaged product or incompatible spare part is received, the PAK Makina team reviews the request and guides the customer through the next step.

Products must be returned with original accessories, documents and packaging whenever possible.
