Sales Agreement

This Sales Agreement summarizes the main terms for purchases made through PAK Makina sales channels and pakmakina.com.

Seller and Buyer

The seller is PAK Makina. The buyer is the person or company placing an order through the website, by phone, by email or through an official sales representative.

Order details, product model, quantity, delivery address, payment method and invoice information are confirmed before shipment.

Products, Prices and Payment

Product images, specifications and prices may be updated according to model revisions, stock status, currency changes and campaign conditions.

Payment terms are confirmed during the order process. For export or project orders, additional documentation, shipping and customs details may be required.

Delivery and After-sales

Delivery timing depends on stock, production schedule, destination and shipping method. The buyer should inspect the package and report visible transport damage immediately.

Warranty, service and spare part support are provided according to the product group and confirmed sales conditions.
